It all begins with your holistic well-being. Creating rituals for nurturing Spirit, as well as nutritional recipes for energizing and healing the body, is essential for balanced living.


Breakfast

Water, fresh fruit, and Spirit family

Start your day by breaking your fast (breakfast) with warm, lime spring water first (for the adrenal system) and then organic fresh fruit allowing the body to gently receive nutrients while providing easily digestible, hydrating energy. Melons with melons. Citrus with citrus. Berries with berries. Remember, if the skin of the fruit is consumed, do your best to choose organic in order to reduce the amount of pesticide exposure.

Make sure to provide a small portion for your Egun (Ancestors), so that They may also share in the fruit energy as They guide you throughout the day. Include fresh water.

Give Them your thanks and ask for Their insight on the best way forward for the day. Everything with intention and grace. What a way to beak-fast and have a good morning!

Drink

Golden chai milk

Late morning (or anytime 30min before/after your meal) is a great time for this spiced, warm, immunity boosting drink. Organic plant-based milk, organic spices (turmeric, fenugreek, black pepper, ginger, cardamom, fennel) topped with a bit of raw organic honey, combine to provide a flavorful way to receive powerful healing benefits.

Before and during consumption, visualize the Spiritual energy in the spices, asking the power of plants to share medicinal energy and connection to Mother Earth.
