MACHETE MAMA’s services are for guidance, personal growth, and Spiritual exploration. These services are not a replacement for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

2.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes

While MACHETE MAMA offers intuitive, metaphysical, and Spiritual insights, results may vary from client to client. All services are offered as guidance, not guarantees.

2.2 For Entertainment & Personal Development Purposes Only

Per legal standards, all psychic, mediumship, intuitive, and metaphysical services are considered entertainment and self-exploration tools.

2.3 Client Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for their own:

• Life decisions

• Actions taken after sessions

• Interpretation of any readings, insights, or guidance

MACHETE MAMA is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided in any session, consultation, or ritual.

3. Medical & Health-Related Disclaimers

3.1 No Medical or Psychological Treatment

• Medical Intuitive Consulting, Energy Work, Reiki, and Nutritional Consulting do not diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or condition.

• Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

3.2 No Replacements for Therapy or Mental Health Services

• Spiritual coaching, dream analysis, Ancestral work, and intuitive sessions do not replace therapy, psychiatric treatment, or mental health care.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

4.1 Client Confidentiality

All client sessions are private and confidential. However, MACHETE MAMA may disclose information if required by law (e.g., concerns about harm to self or others).

4.2 No Recording Without Consent

Clients may not record, distribute, or share any sessions without prior written or verbal permission from MACHETE MAMA.

4.3 Use of Client Testimonials

If you share feedback or a testimonial, MACHETE MAMA may request permission to feature it in marketing materials.

5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policies

5.1 Payment Terms

• All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Sessions will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

• Payment for memberships and monthly/bi-monthly/weekly coaching is due on the 1st of the month unless paid in full at the time of booking or otherwise agreed upon. Late membership payments, after the 5th day, will incur a $20 USD late fee unless previously arranged with MACHETE MAMA. Payment must be received prior to session attendance.

5.2 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued.

• If you cancel a session within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a rescheduling option may be available at the discretion of MACHETE MAMA.

5.3 Missed Sessions & Late Policy

• If a client misses a session without prior notice, no refund nor reschedule will be granted.

• If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund.

6. Legal Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Legal or Financial Advice

• MACHETE MAMA does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

• Any insights shared are for personal reflection only.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

By engaging in any service, you agree that MACHETE MAMA is not responsible for:

• Any personal, business, or financial decisions you make

• Any physical, emotional, or Spiritual effects from the session

• Any misinterpretations of guidance provided

Under no circumstances shall MACHETE MAMA be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
